“SIM+ Critical Ventilation”  builds on our core simulation offerings by integrating expert-led respiratory management for common, and high-risk scenarios. With an experienced Respiratory Therapist on board, these sessions utilize simulation scenarios to provide comprehensive, hands-on training in ventilator setup, troubleshooting, and optimization tailored to the specific needs of your rural or community hospital team.

Topics include but are not limited to:

• Ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, and HFNC application and troubleshooting

• Ventilator mode selection and adjustment 

• Respiratory support for neonates and pediatrics including ventilation settings

• Safe transport of ventilated patients

We will focus on maximizing available equipment, minimizing complications, and ensuring the best patient outcomes even with limited resources.
