Dynamic Simulation is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with the Supplemental Emergency Medicine Experience (SEME) Program, part of the University of Toronto, Department of Family and Community Medicine!

The SEME program (https://www.semedfcm.com/) is a three-month fellowship designed for rural Ontario family doctors seeking to enhance their emergency medicine skills. This hands-on clinical immersion equips physicians with practical, relevant training to better serve smaller and rural communities. Since its inception, over 200 family physicians have successfully completed this program, making a significant impact in their communities.

As part of this partnership, SEME will subsidize the majority of costs for Dynamic Simulation Full-Day SIM Sessions tailored for rural Ontario hospitals with SEME graduates. This collaboration aims to provide ongoing medical education, strengthen emergency care in rural areas, and support the SEME mission of improving physician recruitment and retention in underserved regions.

We’re honoured to contribute to the continued growth of emergency medicine in rural Ontario and look forward to delivering impactful, hands-on simulation training sessions.

If you're a SEME graduate working at a community hospital in Ontario and are interested in this opportunity, message us on LinkedIn or via our website at www.dynamisimulation.ca.

Let’s keep advancing emergency care together!
